CW Premiere Party 2011

Okay guys! Here it is! Sorry I'm a little late, been really busy with school. This is what Maggie wore to the CW Launch Party in LA earlier this month. Retro Glam- Valentino

Beauty, elegance, and poise for this event in 2007. This refined 40's look is absolutely stunning, I'm absolutely loving the hair. Props to Maggie's hair stylist! This gown is by the legendary house of Valentino. The lace detailing on the cap sleeve adds that little bit extra to this dress. Maggie's dark hair works with this dress whereas the runway look is washed out. With bold red lips and just the right amount of jewelry I give this an A+. Maggie knows how to rock old hollywood glam!

Fall Preview

So I'm a little late getting this out...especially when spring collections are already coming out. Anyways, here are some of my pics from Fall/Winter 2011. Most of them are dressy casual because if I went into gowns that would be a whole other post, but I did include just a few ;)

In Honour of Mercedes Benz Fashion Week 2011

It is that time of year again when all of the designers showcase their spring collections! Maggie Q made a few appearances last year the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in New York and it would be wonderful if we get to see her there again this year. Maggie attended the Max Azria, Herve Leger by Max Azria, and Diane von Furstenburg shows. Here is a recollection of what she wore last year...


First up is this sexy black Max Azria number worn to the Max Azria show. Look at those abs! The cut out of this dress reminds me of the green Emilio Pucci that J. Lo wore that flaunted her abs ;) Maggie paired the dress with Louboutins.

Versace Frenzy

I've been waiting for the right time to do this post and seeing as I got my first tweet from Maggie (on my birthday no less) I figured today is a good day to do it. VERSACE. Maggie wore quiet a few pieces from Versace for a while.




First up is this plunging gown from the Spring/Summer 2005 collection. Maggie wore it the same way as on the runway including the strappy gold sandals. The nice thing about being not-so-blessed in the chest area (I can totally empathize with Maggie, the damn asian genes) is that you can wear plunging outfits like this and not fall out.

Maggie wore another piece from the Spring/Summer 2005 collection to the photocall in Rome for the world premiere of Mission Impossible III.

Vogue October 2011

Maggie Q and Vogue, what could be better? The lovely Maggie graces the cover of October 2011 Vogue China. 

Alexander Wang - Men's Health 2008

Maggie was on the cover of Men's Health magazine for the December 2008 edition. For the cover shot she wore an Alexander Wang nude and black one shoulder dress. The shoes are Tijuana Stuart Weitzmans. Maggie wore this same outfit for a Need for Speed press event but added a wide leather belt to her promo look.

Something about her eyes and lips in this picture vaguely remind me of Kim Kardashian...

Herve Leger Maggie Q and Cat Deeley

Maggie Q wore this Herve Leger dress from the Fall/Winter 2010 collection to the People's Choice Awards back in January and Cat Deeley wore a similar one on So You Think You Can Dance in July. These two fashionable ladies both rocked this skin tight dress and I had to put these 2  together in the same post because what Cat said about the dress made me laugh. She referred to it as "If storm troopers were girls."

Personally I prefer Cat's choice of Nicholas Kirkwood heels paired with the dress over Maggie's chunky heels.

With a Killer Dress You Need a Gorgeous Shoe

Who could forget Maggie in that red hot dress and the Lamborghini from Mission Impossible III? With this barely there dress you definitely need to have the right body to do it justice. Maggie of course rocked it and looked absolutely stunning. The bold red colour looked great on her and, which I just found out recently via twitter, is her favourite colour.

This sexy gown is by Roberto Cavalli and Maggie definitely gives the pro, Isabeli, a run for her money! What do you think? Maggie or the model? Maggie easily wins for me, but then again I'm slightly biased...and she blows up a car ;)

One thing that often goes unnoticed is the shoe. These crystal embellished Stuart Weitzman's are worthy of being paired with a dress like that.

Alberta Ferretti Spring 2007

Maggie had quiet the promo tour for Die Hard 4.0. I would give her an A+ for her choice of outfits for this tour. Absolutely love them! Here are just a couple she wore from the Alberta Ferretti Spring/Summer 2007 collection.

Maggie wore this piece in Germany for a photocall to promote Die Hard 4.0. I love this dress and the longer hemline on Maggie's works much better for me. Maggie paired this dress with tan Pigalle Louboutins.

Teen Choice Awards 2011

Maggie Q looking gorgeous as always at the 2011 Teen Choice Awards. She wore another piece from the MaxMara spring 2011 collection. Maggie attended as both a nominee and a presenter. 

MaxMara body suit and skirt Spring/Summer 2011

Sling back heels from Aperlaï Spring 2011 collection. These shoes are different and it's nice to see Maggie stepping away from her Loubi's.

Maggie's clutch was by Lena Erziak.

Stella McCartney Clutch

On two occasions I spotted Maggie Q with a Stella McCartney Satin Zipper Purse in grey and black. This bag retails for $695.

BCBG on Nikita

Dresses from BCBG Max Azria have been showcased on Nikita more than once mostly on Alex. The costume designer seems to really like BCBG and being a personal fan I have no complaints. In the sequence in 1x11 when Alex tries on all of the different dresses, some are BCBG.
